Enrollment Procedures


We are very happy that you have decided to enroll your child in APL. We want to make this
procedure as easy as possible. The very first step is to call for registration forms(or see below).
Ask to visit a class. This is important, because, you will know within the first few minutes of
walking into the classroom if this is the perfect fit for you and your child. Do you feel
comfortable and welcome in the classroom? Is the environment inviting? When you see the
children, are they happy? If APL is for you, follow the procedures below.

1.	Children are accepted at 3 through 5 years of age.  Our school year begins in September 
        and ends at the end of May.  Children may enroll as long as the class is not filled. 
        Classes are limited to 20 children with 2 teachers.  The Franklin location has 30
        children and 3 teachers per class.
2.	Registration fees must accompany registration forms to secure a position in the class 
        and are nonrefundable. Send pages 1 and 2 of enrollment forms with registration fees.
3.	First tuition payment is due on August 1st. 
4.	Monthly tuition is due in advance on the 15th of the preceding month. (Aug. 1st, Sept. 15,
        Oct. 15, and so on.) Semester tuition is due August 1st and December 1st respectively. 
5.	No payment notices will be mailed. 
6.	All forms comply with state regulations. 
7.	Registration and Open Houses are usually held on the third Monday of February and August
        from 4 to 8 PM at all locations for fall classes.
